Provide quiet areas within the university buildings for students needing somewhere to be alone and to collect their thoughts.
This is especially important in open plan buildings, such as the Barbara Hepworth Building.
As an ADA student I think this is a really good idea, especially for those with mental health problems.
This would be especially good for those students who find the noise and 'hustle and bustle' of university frustrating and need some quite time alone to recuperate and organise their thoughts. University can be quite demanding at times due to the work and reading etc, and so it can become overwhelming for people to be surrounded by a lot of stimuli (noise, students, bright lights), so quite spaces would be a great idea.
