We're looking for a new Participation Manager

As the Participation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a diverse programme of activities across our Sports Clubs, General Societies and Academic Societies, managing a team of permanent staff, placement students and casual student staff. The Participation Manager will set clear performance indicators, manage budgets and effectively promote opportunities to all students.

Amongst other things, the successful candidate will also:

  • play an important role in continuing the development of our Academic Societies by generating genuine engagement with students and deepening relationships with key University staff
  • develop, deliver and monitor the operating plans, project plans and budgets linked to the central Strategic Plan
  • promote current participation opportunities to students and encourage, support and assist in the development of new ideas
