Our Inspiring Future Leaders Project aims to take on students who are passionate about engaging others, listening to student concerns and turning them into action. If you have an aspiration for leadership and a desire to develop, this is the role for you.
This programme aims to help you:
• Engage and communicate with your peers
• Develop leadership and project planning skills
• Connect with the student population and harder to reach communities
• Make a positive change on student life
We train you and support you towards coming up with a project concept, planning and running the project whilst leading and engaging students on campus and beyond.
You will get paid for up to 200 hours throughout the year alongside managing your own project budget, giving you valuable skills for the future.
You don't need a project in mind when you apply, all you need is a desire to get involved, the programme is open to all students for application.
To apply for this role you need to fill in a google form with some details about yourself as well as answering how you meet the criteria for the role and why you should be on the programme.
Closing date for applications: 9am Monday 14th August.
We'll be interviewing on the 22nd - 23rd August, and you will be inducted into the programme on the week of the 4th September.
