DIRECTIONS BY FOOT

From Huddersfield Railway Station (approx 10 minutes by foot)

Come out of the Railway Station and walk across the square. Turn right onto Railway Street and walk past the bus shelters. Go straight across at the pedestrian crossing (Intercounty Estate Agents is on the corner).

Carry straight on High Street walking past Sainsburys on your right. Cross over the next road past the Halifax Bank.

Cross at the pedestrian crossing and walk down past Lloyds Pharmacy on High Street, turn left.

Proceed along to the pedestrianised shopping area (D&A The Opticians on the corner). Carry straight on down to the Piazza Centre (Dorothy Perkins on the right).

When you reach the second entrance/exit to the Queensgate Market, (after passing Superdrug) take the steps directly in front of you. This leads to the ring road.

Cross over and walk down the side of St Paul's Hall (a former church). The University reception is straight ahead of you. Turn right into the car par area and you will see the Students' Union entrance.

From Huddersfield Bus Station

Come out of the main entrance to the bus station and bear to the right past White Rose Optical and the Plumbers Arms.

Go across the pedestrian crossings and walk down past Lloyds Pharmacy on High Street.

Proceed along to the pedestrianised shopping area (D&A The Opticians on the corner). Carry straight on down to the Piazza Centre (Dorothy Perkins on the right).
